    Well written blog. Probably a lot of information that many people don’t know. Strange the lengths that people will go to in the name of fame.

      Thank you! I have a penchant for research and like to have a lot of information on hand before deciding on a direction for the blog.

      You are absolutely right. People who want that “verified account” badge just don’t know where to look. On any given day, you will find at least one person asking about how to get one on the public timeline. If anything, people creating ad hoc “verified account” badges lose their accounts more quickly.
